Heavenly Pizzas, Made with Love

Dear Friends and Pizza Lovers,

As of April 4th Holy Pies will be closed for re-imagining.

After five incredible Friday nights of sharing pizzas, laughs, and warmth with you all, we’re hitting pause—not to stop, but to reflect and recalibrate.

This has been a massive success—from the buzzing atmosphere to the line out the door, your support has meant the world. And because it’s been such a success, we want to make sure we can keep showing up in the best way possible. That means rethinking how we do what we do.

We’re exploring ways to improve the experience for everyone, like investing in an outdoor pizza oven to reduce wait times and turn up the deliciousness even more. We’re also looking at how to structure Holy Pies as a pop-up experience—so we can show up when it matters most, with flexibility, joy, and intention.

Both Sara and I have full and thriving businesses outside of Holy Pies, and to truly serve this community, we have to honor and nurture the other parts of our lives too. When we came to Taos, we didn’t know what to expect—but you opened your arms to us with love, excitement, and a hunger (literally!) for community connection.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s just the beginning. We’ll be back with seasonal pop-up nights and special events at Mountain Heart throughout the year—think pizza, music, maybe even a little magic.

We can’t wait to see you again soon. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this.

With gratitude,

Darren & Sara
